Question/signal Hi there. New here. I have been trying to register to signal app but the verification code isn’t coming (from the philippines). It’s been asking me several time to wait for an hour (total of 4hours now). What could be the problem?

Desktop version says "sent" (1 check mark) and phone app says "delivered" (2 check mark). Which one is correct?

Everytime I reply to a message from the notification, a few seconds later when my reply goes through, I get pinged with my reply shown as a new notification. Is there any way to stop this?
