hi i’m just wondering why every single hair i have with dark hair gets glitched out? it’s annoying downloading a new hair and she still gets the blonde streaks, and when i just change it to blonde, she gets white streaks

Can someone plz help i recently downloaded the clean ui for g shade and followed all tutorials tried many different things but its not changing my ui at all. it only works in my sims basement for some reason. Its quite frustrating and i just hope someone has an answer
