PAE ARIS announces the acquisition of Hugo Mallo Novegil for the next two years. The new acquisition of our team was born in the Spanish city of Marin, Galicia, on June 22, 1991 and joined the Celta Vigo academies as a teenager. He made it all the way to the first team in the summer of 2009.
