Empoli Football Club announces that it has reached an agreement with Spezia Calcio for the temporary acquisition, with right of redemption, of the sporting performances of the footballer Szymon Zurkowski. Szymon Żurkowski is a Polish midfielder born in Tychy on 25 September 1997.
