They should just copy the beam struggles from Budokai 3 (not Tenkaichi 3) for smaller beams and save the special effect for ultimate attack struggles or for beams made by Super characters (Beerus, Golden Frieza, SSB Goku & Vegeta, Beast Gohan...)
