I was riding my bike and saw a car hit a cyclist. I had to take my phone out of my backpack and then snap a pic, by then everything was over. The South Asian guy (in the white car) hit the woman in the pink top (dragging her bike). Did anyone else see this (zoom in pic if needed)? 8/2/24 at 11 am
