I cannot wrap my head around this city part. Is it supposed to be a route for chariots and the rest are normal starcases? I mean i can see it playing out as a blob to block up the rest but the right sight for archers seems a bit impractical.

How are they plotting against me when the entire court is mine? I can't even uncover the plot because there is no one to target and my court points or whatever are useless.
