Sadly not every day is full of sunshine & positivity. Frustrated emotionally & mentally yesterday plus my mom hurt me as well, although I did managed this one genuine smile…FYI scheduled neuropathy leg nerve test and orthopedic referral for back/L4/sciatica issues for possible surgery 🩵🤍🖤
