Russia launched 4 strikes on a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region during a night attack around 3 a.m. Rescue teams arrived quickly but had to take cover as the air raid resumed. A fourth impact occurred shortly after the siren, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
