The enemy hit Kharkiv with Iskander. There are already 8 known casualties: 2 women hospitalized for surgery - OVA. A polyclinic, cars, and other civilian infrastructure were damaged. Eyewitnesses say this is the third time in the last 2 months that the occupiers have hit this street.
