Dear Vancouverites: Do Not Buy Puppies from Mixed Blessings: notorious puppy mill, Duncan, Bc. “sale” today despite being fined & put on probation. Owner has been repeatedly penalized and is only allowed to have two fixed dogs. However, she continues to disregard the law and sell puppies.
