Our back wall is crumbling. What can we do to fix/repair instead of tearing the whole wall down and rebuilding? The ground behind is approximately 6 feet up, the wall is approximately 12 feet tall. It was built in 1996 and the builders apparently did not take ground water into account. Thanks!
