Looking for insight on RESA in NoMa. I recently toured RESA and overall, I was impressed with the unit, building, amenities, and leasing staff. Reviews online seem to be decent enough, minus one involving an outside sh@@t|ng that landed a b*ll*t in one of the windows of a lower level unit.
