Hi, I'm about to start a new program which is the 531 BBB, but I have modified some of the accessory lifts. I'd like to get some of your thoughts on if these accessory lifts make sense, in a way that it matches with the main lift of the day, the weekly schedule, muscle recovery etc etc. Thanks!
