What is this plastic, clear stick? It's sold in my industry as a means to stick crystals to (as you can see in my photos) but this is not it's intended purpose- it's too niche. I'd like to find what they actually are so I can buy more.

Found these, cleaning out an abandoned apartment for a gig, it's these small rigs on wrapped black paper, inside pill casings. Each of the casings have a heart printed on them.
