Found in box of nitrile gloves. Only found on one glove and one side of the glove. Stains don’t come off when wiped with rubbing alcohol. Wondering if problem with the dye or is something growing on it?

"Speedpaint Corporation Stylus" wooden handled, hollow inside. red one has a removable tip. it doesn't look like the tips have holes for ink to flow through?
