Tiny White Bug Found In Upstate NY

Found this first in my dogs' dry food like a week ago and I saw one again yesterday and today. Anyone know what it is? It's located in Greece (please don't mind the dirty corner i promise house is clean). It's shiny green and the antennas have a little black circle so I'm sure it's not a cockroach.
