I don't have a photo because I don't have a camera capable of catching something so small without it coming out just looking like a fuzzy black dot, so this is prolly against the rules, but im getting desperate to know what these things are

Found this guy on my ceiling. (Also found one in my toliet of all places, but didn't get a photo.) They're about an inch and a half in length.
