Is this normal? It's black cherry wine. I started it 7/23 and it bubbled like crazy then slowed down. It ended up bubbling up through the airlock so I drained some and it stopped bubbling for a little while then just started bubbling like crazy again, The stuff on the bottom is floating all around I
