I recently got opg X-ray and found lower horizontal impacted wisdom teeth on both sides, my dentist said they shouldn't be removed as they are not causing any pain now.im confused will they grow any larger or fully grown? Should i need to remove them before they start causing problems? Please check

Do you need to use the syringe after everytime you eat something I'm doing all liquids soup yougert pudding applesauce etc so after everytime do I need to use the syringe?
