Is it Safe to say that Kaiba Got the Yubel Treatment? I would think so. Blue-eyes for years mainly got nostalgia support, nothing to ever make it actually function. It's not tier 1, but the deck is GOOD now, and consistent. They gave kaiba competitive nostalgia support before yugi and im shocked.
