I'm going to use my intuition and say DADANT, DOS, & Tiny Loser negotiated an agreement. Tiny is going to be good when it comes to stalking SS. DADANT & DOS are going to refrain form making Tony's life hell, while manipulating him like clay, & letting him think he's in control.
