Who is the first human we’re sure historically exists, as in either not mythological even if they might have been based of a real person (King Arthur) or not someone we dug out of the ice but have no idea about their life (the cheddar man)

Whilst playing CK3, I came across an artifact called the al-Sayf al Khass. The description states it is a sword of great significance, supposedly crafted from a thunderbolt. However I can't find any references to it outside of the game. What is this history of this item?
