China was invaded by Xiongnus, Xianbei, Jie, Di, Qiang, Rouran, Turk, Mongol, Uighur, Kitan, Manchu, Tangut etc. It seems new tribes would just spontaneously spring out of the Steppe. Why are there always new Steppe tribes?
