If the J&J vaccine also causes the body to temporarily produce the SARS-CoV2 spike protein just like the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, why would the later require two spaced out doses to develop immunity whereas the J&J vaccine only requires one? Are they equivalent levels of immunity?
