Alec Guinness, even though he portrayed Obi-Wan Kenobi, thought Star Wars was “fairy-tale rubbish." What in Guinness’s eduction and/or life would have led him to dislike Star Wars and Sci-Fi? Were feelings like this common amongst others of his age at the time?
