My mind is going blank. One of the MPTs were there clear instructions to write about the opposing argument? I can’t remember if it was the actual MPTs or practice ones I did the week before the bar. This is driving me crazy.

For MEE am I screwed if I didn’t say a contract is formed when there’s “offer/acceptance/consideration”…..and instead go on about “meeting of the minds and bargained for exchange”
