My quick pencil sketch of a Bomoh (Malay shaman) and his Hantu Raya (which functions much like a familiar). The name means Great Ghost in reference to their abilities. Their most infamous ability is to impersonate their master so that they may have an alibi after commiting a crime.	119

My pencil sketch of a Bajang from Malaysian mythology. A civet-like familiar created from dead babies, this ghoul was often blamed for pregnancy troubles and unexplained illnesses in children. An interesting way to ward off attacks is to wear a black silk hand band.	45

The Jenglot is a humanoid creature about a few inches tall (sizes vary). Once imbued with black magic can bring good luck to the owner or harm upon one’s enemies. Most specimens featured in media are a stitch up of different animal and human parts. This is my pencil drawn ‘specimen’.	28
