In Fallout game, you can shoot a shoulder mounted mini-nuke that's safe for you to be 100 feet or so away from when it blows. Is there a theoretical limit to how small a nuke could be? What's the smallest that's been made? Would it have an advantage over conventional explosives with the same yield?
