So, Marx was pretty clear about the whole "You should never surrender arms or ammunition, under any circumstances" (paraphrasing), so how did the Soviet Union go about justifying gun laws to the people?

As far as I know, the Antifascist movement began with social democrats opposing monarchists, communists, and fascists,(like the Iron Front) in order to preserve the Weimer Republic. Why are they now more associated with Communists and Anarchists?

It's the 25th of December 1991 - I am a Soviet enlistedman, my buddy is a political officer (commissa?), and my boss is a very high-ranking officer. We're stationed in a non-Russian city (Kiev, or Nur-Sultan), but all from different areas of the Union. What happens tomorrow, as the nation dissolves?
