According to legend, painting eggs on Easter, comes from when Mary Magdalene told Emperor Tiberius about Jesus' resurrection, he said "no one can rise from the dead as no egg can turn red". Then an egg that Mary held turned red. How likely, would have Tiberius known about Christianity ?

Even in our more secular society, it's unthinkable to name someone after a biblical villain. Like Judas, Herod, Barabbas etc. However the name Kane (similar to the first murderer according to scripture) is fairly common name in English. Why ?
