Deniers say that Hitler never signed any orders related to the Holocaust. If true how is it possible such a massive undertaking could have been done without his signature? Additionally why wouldn't he put his name to it? Certainly Hitler wasn't looking for plausible deniability.

There seems to be a narrative that Quisling betrayed Norway by leaving the proverbial door open for the Nazis to slip in and occupy the county. If Quisling was a such a traitor to his people, why do we not hear stories of the Norwegian resistance as we do the Dutch, French or Polish?
