Climate Change discussions seem to focus on greenhouse gasses. But does the actual heat we are producing also have any effect on the climate?

When I done with the oven and turn it off, my other half tells me to "open the door, let the heat out to warm the room". As long as the stove is on an inside wall of my house, doesn't the same amount heat eventually get out anyway?

When a tree's leave begin to change color, but some leaves remain green for a while longer, are they still photosynthesizing? Or are those processes already shut down and the green leaves just haven't caught up with the color change?
