Do solar systems that orbit massive blackholes, remain intact? Or do they get scrambled up and lose planets, and eventually end up just being composed of a star?

If the space between the event horizon and the center of a blackhole is infinite, then how can the gravity ever propagate past the event horizon, since dark energy would be expanding the space in question, infinity faster than C?
