Who invented the 'Cheese Zombie' (the cheese and bread dish popular in American schools)? I've seen differing accounts as to who and when and where it was first created. Of course it might be a case of it being invented independently multiple times.

WWI was 'The War To End All Wars.' But, even at the end of it, wars were still going on in the Balkans, The Soviet Union/Russia, and the Allies invaded Turkey again in 1920 among other conflicts. Why was it called that, when it obviously wasn't, beyond the cynical view of 'Humans like to war'?
