What would you all think of something subtly supernatural in Scream, not like an immortal slasher but something mysterious left unanswered and even Ghostface is like "ok I'm out"

Horror Themepark map idea - A large smoky Themepark themed around various horrors, the antagonist would be "Mr. Chainsaw" a 6FT masked menace with a chainsaw, he can pop out of hiding spots intended for scare-actors and saw off player body parts which can be reattached.

SCP should be public domain, creative commons mean SCP can't have funded TV-shows, movies, collaborations or anything of the sort without insane restrictions. This may seem good for those who want to expand the mythos with new stories or anomalies but it stunts the community's growth long term.
