Showcasing my Sony PVM 1351Q with Neo Contra on a PS2 - Everything shines on this CRT but PS2 era games seem to really stand out. Also, Neo Contra may be the most unhinged game I ever played. Have you ever played this before? Really caught me by surprise - I miss campy arcade games from this era.

NEO Contra on PlayStation 2 played on a SONY PVM. I missed this game growing up but when I finally did play it boy was I surprised. For you collectors out there it seems pretty reasonably priced still. Did you ever play this growing up? I loved the original and skipped this - I regret that!

This sub taught me everything I know about CRT Gaming and I am really grateful! Since it is Throwback Thursday here is RE2 on my Sony PVM 1351Q. The capture is awful and littered with messy moire. Really don't know how to get rid of that! Any suggestions for capturing CRTs?

Throwback Thursday - Playing RE2 on arranged mode on a PlayStation 1 - Just giving myself unlimited rockets and smashing some zombies for fun after a long day. This game really capitalized on everything it learned from the first and is a perfect sequel. What did you think when you first played this?

If you have an old CRT Monitor lying around and you are not sure what to do with it - I have the perfect solution! This game looks vibrant on the old hardware. The cozy glow of the CRT fits it so well. I appreciate how Stardew fits any resolution you throw at it? Have you ever tried it?

The nice glow of a CRT fits Stardew Valley perfectly. Not a bad way to bring an old monitor back to life. Anyone still playing Stardew - what keeps bringing you back?
