I’ve heard that dinosaurs grew as big as they did because the oxygen levels were different back then. If you were somehow able to travel back in time, could a human breath and function under those conditions?

Suppose all human life on earth ends within the span of a few months due to disease, a world wide flood or some other catastrophe. Would the people on the ISS be able to land on earth without help from control rooms, and could they repopulate the earth (would they land close enough to food etc)?
