I'm an average merchant in a major city during the Khwarazmian Dynasty. If I'm selling in a market, do I have a permanent stall or do I rent it for a period of time? Are my goods sold in segregated areas with other similar goods or are they mixed with unrelated ones?

Among steppe nomads, were there any systems to help people with handicaps (poor vision, qualities needed for riding and shooting, etc)? Were they incorporated into other roles or left to fend for themselves?

Why do so many history books (childrens, textbooks, independent historians, even architectural) follow the classical line of history (egypt, greece, rome, western europe, USA)? I see little or no representation of asia, africa (non-egyptian) or south america unless I am specifically looking fot it.

Historians have very different views on the population and civilization of Central Asia. Rawlinson's History of Parthia displays Chorasmia being unable to have ever supported cities. Starr's Lost Enlightenment shows it to be a thriving trading center until the Mongol invasions. Why the disagreement?
