When losing body fat, I understand fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) which are stored there are released as fat is burned off. Would this affect vitamin supplementation or are we not sure yet exactly how much released?

If you have multiple studies that say a medication is better than a placebo, but all results are statistically insignificant, does that breadth of results tell us anything about that medication?
