I’ve heard Managers ask what sales techniques people use in various work environments. Maybe we need more discussion on this.

I think schools should provide more guidance on social, emotional and mental / holistic wellness topics. That greatly effects work and lifestyle.

Some people could be excellent at academics and taking tests, but have problems with relating to and understanding others. There could also be issues with discussing problems diplomatically.

The problem with so many communications tech platforms is people struggle to know how they could be beneficial and which ones to try.

If someone isn’t sure about what they want to study, they could do internships and apprenticeships, in addition to local community college classes.

There are many benefits to attending a college or university close to home. Easier to pick up items from home, easy commute, more familiarity with surroundings.

Someone could do continuous learning and professional development online or in-person. They could discuss that in their cover letter. Hiring Managers tend to view that favorably.
