Pet boredom can lead to strange behaviors. Toys that dispense peanut butter, frozen treats or other treat dispensing chew toys can be fun. Bones can be helpful as well.

If a dog won’t let go of a toy that you would like to throw, try saying “give” or “leave it.” When they give you the toy, praise and throw it so they can fetch.
