Does having a different number of chromosomes than the parents mark a new species? I ask mainly because humans and chimpanzees are very close in DNA but have a different number of chromosomes, while having a common ancestor.

Say we make the breakthroughs to travel using the warp bubble. Would time within the ship travel much faster, since it's traveling by speeding up space time, or would time within it travel very slow because of time dilation for traveling at such a high speed?

Since time would go extremely slow, but not completely stop, for something going the speed of light, does this mean something would be exceeding the limit for space-time, since it's going at the maximum speed while there is a tiny bit of time going on?
