How large of a telescope would we need to really visually image an exoplanet to the point it looks kind of like the "blue marble" image of earth? Is it possible to build one that large?

If alien planet hunters were looking at our solar system, would it be easy to pick out Earth using the planet-hunting techniques that we currently know about? How far away would we be visible, and is there anything we can do as humans to be more/less visible to these techniques?
