After moonwalks on the successful Apollo missions, how did the astronauts deal with the potential of extremely abrasive moon dust collected on their spacesuits from getting into and damaging the hardware in the Command Module? Or just the cabin ending up dusty?

When I stare at the sun with my eyes closed, I see a uniform field of red. When I lower my closed eyes, it turns yellowish, and further black. Why is this so? Also is it dangerous to stare at the sun with my eyes closed?
