Romulus Augustulus was the last emperor of Rome. He was exiled (476ish)and eventually fades from history. Were there any roman loyalist movements to try and reestablish the empire with a new emperor? A kind of roman 5th column

Do we know of any serial killers in ancient Rome. We seem to know a fair amount of their legal system. I've heard of nervous crimes which were documented. But I haven't seen anything about serial killers. Seems like their would be a lot of documentation with something like this.
