When did HIPPA, and more generally the values of HIPPA become standard in the medical community? In other words, when did the medical community start thinking patients have the right to privacy, and on the flip side what privacy could a patient expect before HIPPA?

When did white people start to make fun of themselves for being boring, ie white? How does this tie into Black culture being seen as “cool” and even exotic? When did being white start to not always be the best thing to be? Was this an easy way of acknowledging privilege?

Is there evidence to support the notion that Jews being greedy money-lenders came from Christians in biblical times having Jews manage their money, thereby circumnavigating the rule that Christians couldn’t hold interest on a fellow Christian’s money?
