Since coelocanths are more closely related to humans than ray-finned fish like groupers -- does that mean that a Coelocanth's DNA literally has more sequences in common with a human than with a grouper despite the fact groupers and Coelocanths still have such a similar morphology and lifestyle?

Why are the most advanced robots still so limited and clumsy in their physical capabilities compared to humans & animals? What are the kinds of hurdles (engineering, programming, cost etc) that prevent us from developing robots dexterous or agile enough to take over tasks like cleaning a house?
