【经验之谈】在美国拿到身份之前，不要到处乱逛。美国各种行为，都有轻罪指控，很多新移民只知道纽约和加州的法律，但很多其他州有非常奇葩的轻罪指控，定罪了基本就遣返，没定罪也能影响绿卡和入籍，只能庇护来豁免一些轻罪，或反酷刑来避免递解。
