When Elizabeth II became queen some postal boxes with "EIIR" were defaced in Scotland because she wasn't the second Elizabeth to rule over Scotland, but the first. Did a similar thing happen when Edward VII assume power, seeing as he was the first "Scottish" king Edward and not the 7th?
